Join sisters for an hour of movement to relax and invigorate. We will do a combination of yoga and pilates to stretch and sculpt. All you need is a bit of time and a bit of space. No experience required. When we exercise, you can turn off your camera if you wish.

The Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity and Foundation hosted Women & Wisdom, a professional development event, that is presented around the country featuring guest speakers and providing opportunities for alumnae to connect with sisters in the area.  
On April 26th, San Diego alumnae attended this event at the Mission Beach Women's Club.

We are preparing for Hall of Commitment and presenting (2) $300 scholarship to a woman at all (3) colleges we support.

We have two ways to pay for your 2022-2023 membership dues.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH  - MAY 2023 
Get ready to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month in May! During this month-long initiative, we will focus on raising awareness about mental health and supporting alumnae members in learning about the role mental well-being plays in their daily lives. This year, Alpha Chi Omega is encouraging alumnae to advocate for their emotional health and act to benefit their well-being through weekly mental health themes. 
  
Follow along on social media using the hashtag #AXOMentalHealthMatters. Be sure to also visit the Mental Health Education page to learn more about programming and resources available to promote a positive relationship with your mental health. 
  
SAVE THE DATE: MENTAL HEALTH ACTION DAY – THURSDAY, MAY 18
Mark your calendars for Mental Health Action Day on Thursday, May 18! Alpha Chi Omega is proud to partner with MTV for the third year to continue to shift the conversation from awareness to action. This year’s goal is to commit one hour to yourself, a loved one or your community to improve mental health. How will you spend your one hour dedicated to mental health? Make a plan to act and share your #MentalHealthAction on this day to end the stigma!

Philanthropy Corner

Kappa Omicron Kappa supports Carol’s House in San Diego by providing “Welcome Bags” each year. We have an Amazon Wish List of the supplies we are in need of to assemble these bags. Items range from $2.99 to $19.46. We hope you can participate in this call for the shelter’s essential items. Thank you sisters!
